Undergraduate Update

Homecoming 2023

Penn State recently had their homecoming, which celebrates Penn State alumni from all over the world. Thousands of former Penn State students gathered over the weekend to celebrate the tradition of being a Nittany Lion. The Greek community takes pride in homecoming and the Alpha Chi Rho members made sure to welcome their alumni back to the house that was built over 100 years ago. The current students all had a chance to connect with the alumni, both to share stories, but also to learn. There have been many generations of Alpha Chi Rho members at Penn State, and the brothers really appreciated hearing the traditions from years past. The highlight of the night was when brothers John Elnitski and Bryan Gardiner explained the updates to the house modifications. Hundreds of thousands of alumni dollars have been donated to fund renovations to the house, including new bathrooms and a basketball court. A deep feeling of appreciation was felt from the current people living in the house, and this was one of many things that prove Alpha Chi Rho lives with its members after college graduation.

Haunted House

This year, the Phi Lambda Chapter continued the yearly tradition by hosting the Haunted Crow House. With help from Club Gymnastics, brothers spooked guests and helped raise money for our year long THON campaign.
